Your membership is valid for one year since the date of membership fee payment.
How do I find out when my membership expires?
Keep the receipt and a letter of membership confirmation in a safe place. The dates are there.
How many people does institutional membership include?
Six people altogether: one co-ordinator (contact person) + five members.
Can I attend UATEFL events if I am not a member?
Yes. But your fee will be different - higher than the fee for members.
Why don't I receive e-mails or news from UATEFL?
We often send messages to our mailing list rather than individuals. Some e-mail agents block bulk messages or send them to spam. Please check you Spam box from time to time.
You may have provided an e-mail address with mistakes. Please check.
Can I have my money back if for any reason I can't attend an event but paid the fee?
Money can be paid back only before the registration deadline. After the deadline, reimbursement isn't possible.
