Your membership card is issued after your payment and application form are checked and your membership is approved by UATEFL Management Team. The Team meets and takes membership decisions only at the end of each month so, we can send you your membership card only during the first five days of next month.

Please hold back your membership enquiries before that. We won't be able to process them anyway.

Please also refrain from submitting duplicate applications. Your applications are safely registered first time but there may be delays in processing them for various reasons.

Print out your membership card or save it to your computer. Please keep your card safe as you will be asked to quote its number whenever you apply for any UATEFL events or renew your membership.

Your membership starts on the date of payment and is valid for a year. It is your responsibility to renew your membership on or before the expiry date. Expired memberships will be deleted a month after the expiry date. In this case, you will not be able to renew it but will have to apply for a new membership.

Please note that charity contribution for membership cannot be reimbursed.
